Before Aviso Studios, I spent over a decade inside California Bay Area real estate — from hustling as a top-producing agent to running my own brokerage, and eventually stepping into the CMO seat. I lived it all: the late-night listing preps, the agent recruiting marathons, the endless juggling of client service and ops while trying to keep marketing from falling through the cracks.

And here’s what I saw: what actually grows a brokerage (and what just burns money).

The problem? Too many “solutions” were smoke and mirrors. Agencies tossing around buzzwords. Lead gen companies making shiny promises with little follow-through. Meanwhile, brokerage leaders were left duct-taping DIY marketing while juggling everything else.
