Newbury is a growing therapy practice in Chicago. What began as an SEO enquiry quickly revealed the need for a stronger foundation — from brand clarity and user journey, to a website that felt warm, credible, and compliant within a regulated healthcare space.

This project was about creating a digital experience that builds trust quickly—especially in an industry where customers often feel overwhelmed or unsure where to begin.
We partnered with Newbury to clarify their voice, simplify the user journey, and design a custom website that feels calm, welcoming, and intuitive—without compromising the professionalism and compliance required in healthcare and wellness spaces.
Every decision was intentional. From page structure and messaging to custom graphics, imagery, and visual tone, the goal was to make the site feel human first, clear second, and credible always.
The result is a website that does what great design should do: remove friction, communicate value without over-explaining, and quietly support growth by helping the right people feel understood—and ready to take the next step.
