Retainer packages are the perfect solution for the business owner who needs consistent website and brand design support throughout the year — without the cost, commitment, or paperwork of hiring someone full-time. You get a dedicated designer who knows your brand, shows up every month, and actually gets stuff done.
Reserve Your Hours
Think of your retainer as a monthly creative subscription. Pay upfront to reserve a set number of hours on my calendar each month. I can tackle anything pertaining to your website or brand assets — design updates, new pages, graphics, flyers, digital documents, and more. (Work must fall within your monthly hours.)
Priority Work
Your hours are reserved and your projects move to the front of the line. Instead of waiting weeks to get scheduled, you'll have a turnaround time of 7 business days or less — plus professional design work at a discounted hourly rate. Two very good reasons to commit.
Work Designation
At the start of each month, send me a detailed list of everything you'd like tackled. I'll work through as many items as possible within your allotted hours. If additional hours are needed, I'll flag it before proceeding — no surprise invoices, ever.

Type of Work
Retainer hours cover website* updates and maintenance — content, design tweaks, graphics, new pages, and integrations — as well as brand assets like graphics, flyers, digital documents, and PDFs.
Unused Hours
Any unused hours expire at the end of the month. This ensures I can plan my workload consistently and make sure every retainer client gets the dedicated time they've reserved.
Payments
You'll receive an invoice on the first of every month for your agreed retainer fee. Any overage hours will always be discussed with you before work begins — and invoiced separately.

03 — Welcome Call
We'll hop on a 30-minute call so I can get to know your business, your brand, and your priorities before we dive in.
04 — Send Your List
At the start of each billing cycle, send me your list of updates and tasks. I'll get to work and have everything back to you within 7 business days.

No problem. Additional hours can be added at any time at the standard retainer rate of $150/hr. I'll always flag it before going over — you'll never see a surprise charge on your invoice.

All packages require a minimum three-month commitment. After that, you're free to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime — just send me a message before your next billing cycle.
